Services
Meditation is a powerful tool to assist with wellness of the mind, body and emotional being. It also allows us to connect to our true authentic self- our soul as well as other spiritual beings. It is most commonly defined as a self-regulated altered state of consciousness or attention which is primarily directed to self-awareness.
Intuitive and psychic readings are channeled messages, and each reading is customized to the individual. The messages received are guided by spirit and come from different sources, such as a person's inner self, individuals' ancient records, universal truths of light and love, and angels, spirit guides, and loved ones who have passed.
Hypnosis uses guided relaxation, concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness.
