I had a problem with a bad mobo for my wife’s Ryzen PC build. My wife and I were hesitant to take it to a repair shop because of bad experiences in the past.
I was a little manic by the time we finally broke down and went to Computer Outlet. The frustration of a pc build not working out the way I’d hoped had frayed my nerves a bit.
The tech we spoke to was knowledgeable, courteous and personable. Though liability issues prevented him from returning the board for us, he went out of his way to thoroughly inform us on the issues we were facing and didn’t charge an arm and a leg for the work

My email was locked due to suspicious activity. I took it to multiple places and none of them got it working. One place "worked" on it for 3-4 days before getting back to me with me answer. Just told me to get new account which he did however I needed the one I have been using since day 1. I tried these guys and I cant believe they got it unlocked. I have emails I cant get back with my case going on.

I was traveling to Panama City and my laptop froze. With so many options online I chose Computers Outlet and what a great decision. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the estimated time they provided. I spent 8-hours trying to fix the computer myself wasting business hours. Computers Outlet fixed the issue much quicker, which allowed me to get back to earning money. Highly recommend this local small business!

Long story short: They repaired my computer/installed windows seven. It stopped working a few days later. I took it back. While standing there,they told me to keep working at it and see if I could get it to work. I told them it was still running slow, freezing up and giving error messages. He said that he could block the messages so that I would not get them anymore. I told him that I wanted it fixed.
I left it there.Waited 5 hours and called to see if they had it ready. They said yes. I went to get it and wanted to check it while
