Classic Event Rental is awesome! We worked with them for our wedding and everything was perfect! Closer to our big day we wanted to change parts of our order and they handled the changes seamlessly! Everything was delivered as described and on time! We cannot say enough good things about our experience!

Don't fund this person's legal defense fund!!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. They had a business pickup truck attempt to run over and murder a local person and his pet. After several runs they did actually run over this person's pet and possessions, but couldn't successfully run over the human. It's all on video tape, and it's horrible and inexcusable. Since then an arrest was finally made at the company. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. You'll be funding this attempted murder's defense fund! Read the other reviews here as well.

Mixed feelings on their service. Their event coordinator, Megan, was very helpful and responsive to our ever changing needs throughout the wedding planning process. However, no one ever touched base with me prior to the wedding to discuss the arrival/drop off service. I ended up calling them the day before and asked them their timing and to let them know that no one would be at the property in the morning, but if they gave us a heads up we could have somewhere there.
They guy told us he was still making the schedule, but would let us know. The very first thing the next morning (~8 or 9a) I got

This is by far my favorite Ace Hardware! The staff is awesome, they have the best BBQ selections, and they are always extremely helpful. Although I did not purchase my Big Green Egg from Ace Hardware the manager Jeff and his staff have always been more than willing to help me process a warranty claim. In fact, the always go above and beyond to help expedite reciept of any replacement parts I have ordered. I can not recommend the Classic Ace enough. I am even okay fighting the Woodruff Road traffic to choose this location over all others!

JUSTICE FOR ALEX AND THOMAS!!! This company doesn’t even deserve the one star I gave. I only gave it to be able to leave a review. Any company that doesn’t value human and/or animal lives isn’t a company that deserves anyone’s business! Trying to cover up a hit and run of a homeless man and his cat...can you get any lower? They need to make the employee who was driving come forward. There is literally NO way they can’t not know who was driving the company vehicle who tried to kill Alex and Thomas. But until then, I wish them nothing but the worst, which is what they deserve for trying

Also I forgot to mention, allowing an employee(or the owner himself) to stay working after attempting to hit and injure a kind man and his pet. The company is not working with police to figure out who was driving and the owner should be charged accordingly until the driver is found. Accountability folks. Making the right decision gets your further than you think.

We used Classic Events for seating, tables and linens for our wedding. Megan was extremely flexible and made continuous changes to our rental order since we had a venue change, multiple guest count changes, and weather related rental changes. The only issue we had was a later pickup time than specified, but they were very responsive once I called and asked about it. I highly recommend them!
