High Point Community

My husband and I have been here a little over 6 months while he's on a local job. The staff is great! Any time I have questions someone is in the office or answers the phone. The lots are good size and equipment works properly. They pick up trash at your campsite and there is a laundromat in the park, very convenient!

"Community " says it all. It's more like a neighborhood than a campground. After driving through the wheat harvest to get there, we see that all the harvest workers live there! Great place. Clean, quiet. Only 2 suggestions: easier water hookup and fix broken cable fitting on Amarillo 10.

A mobile home park converted to RV's. It's an older park with all the expected amenities. Robert in the office was is congenial and very helpful. Sites are well placed with good hookups. We would stop here again.

Love it. Quiet, shady, efficient. I've been here only a couple of months but I like it. Melinda and Robert are really nice. My lot has lots of trees and friendly people around me, for the most part.

Is grass more important than the ease of customer parking ?
Left my trailer on 3-4-20 to go to evening church and came back with more black railroad ties blocking my parking. Previously had several threatening notes taped on my screen door threatening eviction. Is this any way to treat the senior class (over 80)? If I had the money and was younger, I would move. Never would have imagined a Christian ? manager would be a part of such goings on. I am praying for management and those that are employed by the park, which I know are being forced to do as told. God bless

The pull through sites were easy to deal with and provided plenty of space for multiple vehicles. The office was easy to find and very helpful for all my questions. The facilities were all well maintained and very clean. That includes the bathrooms and laundry.

Large RV park with many different camp sites to choose from. The roads are well maintained and sites cared for by a large maintenance crew. Within walking distance of a wonderful park and 2.5 mile paved track and tennis courts. Management and staff are always helpful and friendly. Close to several restaurants and other recreational amenities. Laundry facility is on site with several machines that are large in capacity and reasonably priced to operate. At a great monthly rate for RV parking-High Point made my out of town work experience feel like I was right at home. They also have several rentals

So realistically....its a trailer park...there are RV spots throughout the park...it is a very large spread out RV/trailer park...prices are reasonable...lots are large and privacy is enhanced between lots with tall hedges and trees...most of the long term residents are in older rigs...there are a mixture of well maintained occupied lots and some lots that have some clutter...they have a community storm shelter on the grounds...there is an option to receive mail at the front office or pay a one time $25 fee for a private box...the front office staff have been amazing. We had a large lightning storm

I found this place for my boyfriend who has been working there since January. He is staying in a furnished trailer and it's nice. It has been well taken care of. The RV park is quiet and not a lot of traffic. The beds aren't that great, but overall I'm happy I found this place for him. He can actually cook meals and have more room to move around in than a hotel. The staff has always been pleasant to work with. Did have a couple of issues with the Wifi and cable at first, but cable company was called and issues have been fixed. I would recommend this place especially for workers.
