I would give the RJ and the Igloo team 10 stars if I could. We needed a split system replaced and house is on a ridge so the installation was a challenge. After a lot of research including other on site visit/quotes we selected Igloo AC as the attention to detail was outstanding. Up front to confirm it was a challenging job and was very clear as to what it's going to take to get it done including all parts ,materials, and crew safety with no surprises . RJ personally walked me through the vendor choices and made a recommendation to fit the requirements where Igloo AC actually sold us

Igloo AC was amazing. We had three ac units installed over a year ago. RJ met with me multiple times and went over good locations to install and several different options. He communicated exactly the plan and set a date about a month or so out from our meeting to allow the units to get shipped.
When the time came, his crew arrived on time, and were extremely professional and efficient. They also have one of the best electricians I have met. They completed the job on time and we were psyched with the installation.
Fast forward to now. The units have run perfectly, and we keep them on 24/7 to maintain

Our Mitsubishi ac finally quit. Did some research and got quotes from other ac companies. RJ came out and after an inspection, we talked and he gave me his opinion on the different ac brands. We decided to go with a Daikin after we talked. Paid half down, then waited for the installation. The workers that showed up were courteous, clean and very professional. The older guy who installed the unit in the house was very precise. He rechecked the work done by the younger guy and then make some corrections because he wasn't satisfied. Sign of someone who cares about his work. Going to call them

I contacted Igloo AC on a recommendation from Cosco (the AC place Not Costco), I talked with RJ and he came to our house on time as scheduled. We just bought the house and wanted to replace window AC with splits in each room (6 rooms),
RJ and I walked the inside of the house and discussed our needs, He was concise, thorough, and no BS, gave me the reality. He was upfront and honest about each brand available they had and we went with his recommendations. We had requested quotes for a new 3 zone mini-split pafrom 5 different companies and RJ/Igloo was the first to respond almost immediately. We set up a virtual walk-though of our house within a few hours and it was a painless 2-3 minute process. RJ sent an estimate within an hour after the virtual tour.....although we didn't end up contracting with Igloo, the promptness and courtesy extended by RJ was greatly appreciated.

I contacted Igloo AC for a quote and immediately RJ responded to me. He quickly found an opening in their schedule that accommodated my unique needs. On the day of the initial meeting for a quote, RJ arrived on time and was extremely efficient and professional. If you are looking to install air conditioning in your home, this is the company to call. They are professional, clean, friendly and reasonably priced. AJ, the owner, came to our home, gave us an estimate that was very reasonable, comparatively speaking and we set it up. He answered all of our questions and explained the differences between various units. One of the best things, is that out of 5 different companies that came to give us bids, Igloo is THE ONLY COMPANY THAT GAVE US AN OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE PAYMENTS FOR 18 MONTHS, NO INTEREST!

Extremely disappointed with service issues. I've called several times over the past 7 months to try to schedule a repair and service. Never received a return phone call. Finally scheduled a service with another company. The other company came out to perform the service. They opened up the unit, took a look inside and showed me the issues I had were actually an installation error. I called Igloo AC again (at least three more times) before finally speaking with the owner, RJ. He explained they needed to hire a new technician. He promised he would call me back to schedule the service as soon

After an initial delay or miscommunication with Igloo at the start of the product , they came through with 5 star service and quality.
My project wasn't the easiest as they had to access the very hot and small attic for installation.
The product is quiet and efficient. To top it off, it looks great too!
I splurged to buy this higher quality product but it is worth the investment in comfort.
