Founded and Incorporated in 2001 by Jack Aliotta (ret.) and Paul Martinelli, Alimar Security, Inc. believes it is essential to provide clients with personal service, and to be involved in every aspect of our business.
Alimar can provide Officers with Safety and First Aid training, Emergency Planning, Observation Skills, and complete use and training of CCTV equipment based on our client's needs. Training for all Officers is based on the specific needs and bill rates of each client and is specifically designed on a client by client basis.

Very small company from the looks of it.
Edit: 4 years later I get a response. I'll update you guys to give stars for your passion. When I said small company I wasn't trying to insult you guys. I was trying to say you guys have a pretty small office location. I'm not sure how many clients you have or if you have more then one location. I applied here years ago and got the job same day. I decided to go elsewhere but you guys made the process simple and give people a job when they need them. Good luck to you guys.

I've worked with Alimar for years, and have learned alot from my supervisor's and office staff. They give you an opportunity to prove yourself and move up if you want to. Hours have been great, along with competitive pay. Do your work and go home no hassles, if your a hard worker you will do fine here!

I would like to speak to a supervisor my unfortunate experience was this weekend
On FRIDAY 11/30/2018 at 8:50pm, I entered a Cvs location on west grand blvd and Rosa parks to send a MoneyGram transaction.
The guard harrassed me and curse me out called me all kinds of names and told me to hurry up I said “excuse me it’s only 8:53 pm Cvs closes at 9pm” he responds well you should have came earlier you need to hurry your ***** *** up” I had been to four other locations prior when I was advised to try cvs, he Was RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL and stated he “didn’t care about loosing his job”

Supervisor Murphy was great! He challenged me to get out of my comfort zone, fought for my raise, and constantly presented me with new opportunities. He was always flexible with my availability and held me accountable. He tought me some life long lessons by doing so. His respect and belief in my capabilities built our level of rapport. I met a lot of great people with some lifetime friends that I met here. I was given a lot of opportunity here and able to gain a lot of experience in the different divisions of the company. I'm thankful to have worked here and I am eternally greatful for everyone from the owner to all the employees that worked under me. I have moved on to other endeavors but this can be a great opportunity for those who would like to gain some experience in security.

Officer Reed Was The Worst Supervisor Ever Made Me Resign Just To Get My Last Check ....I Hope Paul Martinelli See This And Investigate His Own Company And Fire The UnProfessional Workers Such As Reed And Hire New Professional Workers .. Its A Conspiracy And Toni Is Very Unprofessional Aswell I Dont See Nothing Good Coming From That Company The Rate The Company Is At Im Very Pessimistic On Alimar Future .
