Great company they did my install in 4 hours . Which was a swap out. They did an excellent job, I pulled my own permit and had no problems passing inspection. Great customer service. They also did a great job with my parents install. FYI for a budget friendly unit ho with Goodman everything is cover bumper to bumper warranty for 10 years you can't beat that.

I have used Aurora Air for a few years now for my AC annual tune up. Prices are similar to other companies and occasionally they have a Groupon or other deal. The service techs are very thorough and I have no complaints whatsoever.

I trusted Alex when he said he would make it right. They installed a "Gold" American Standard AC in 2016 but from that first week it didn't cool right, it didn't really condition the air. I had them out dozens of times. They put in 5 thermostats in two different areas of the house. The last time I called with a AC that wouldn't run they said that it would be 2 months before someone could come out as Alex had a commercial account. They did me a service not coming out. Many people from Aurora couldn't fix it but iHuffs Quality Air, John, came out and immediately

Had a new unit put in by them last year. Last week out unit stopped working and we tried for days to get ahold of them. Today we went to a different company and are much happier. I Do not recommend this company.

Great workers. I got a same day appointment. Their prices are fair. And they work efficent. Ill use them from now on. No B.S. with this company and their workers.

They have repaired both my AC and furnace on two separate occasions, and have ALWAYS been professional, courteous, and respectful of my home and my time. Their prices were reasonable, and they provided me options on both occasions, as well as their professional advice. It took some extra time to get my estimate due to the tech that came out having a family emergency. Once I made my concern about this know, Juan reached out immediately and was extremely responsive in getting my estimate and making sure he stayed in communication. Their reputation seems to be very important to them which typically indicates a good company to do business with.

They missed an appointment to look at our AC and didn’t bother to call to let us know. Very unprofessional.

I was having ac issues with a unit that was installed 3 month prior which worked fine with the exception of a wire shortage that was due to the wires .. Recently I called and spoke to Monica she was so helpful in making an effort to schedule someone to come out asap.. she understood my concern with the ac being out and have little children. She went out of her way to not only reassure me the company would uphold the warranty but also took time out to call and troubleshoot with me to avoid an unnecessary service call. Aurora Air installed a new American Standard AC system at my home.

I have an air conditioner that these folk installed about 2 years ago and is still under warranty. I just called them out because the fan in the air handler quit working and they quoted me nearly $400 to replace a circuit board that was under the 10 year warranty. Seriously? For a job that would take like 10 minutes.

The service tech gene was very knowledgeable and friendly. The repair was done quickly and well....we signed up for and annual contact and look forward to working with them in the future...

I had an AC inspection and tune up. Alex was my service technician. He had arrived later than the scheduled time, but he called and gave me a range of when he'd be there. He was about 30 minutes late. Very friendly, and thorough. Explained everything well and was professional. Inspection and tune up was good, I really didn't have any additional things that needed to be done. He asked if I wanted my fan speed adjusted but I didn't feel like he pressured me. I was very happy with the service and would use Aurora Air again!
