Arizona Financial Services wants you to make an informed decision when you consider the purchase of an annuity. Annuities are an excellent tool to help you plan for your financial security. Annuities offer a variety of benefits, including tax-deferred growth, ability to avoid probate and lifetime income.
Tax-Qualified Plans, premiums are tax deductible and the earnings accumulate tax-free throughout the years. You must pay regular income taxes on all withdrawals, at the time of the withdrawals. Non-Qualified Plans, premiums are NOT deductible but the earnings accumulates tax-free throughout the years.
Those benefits most significantly affected are your S.G.L.I/V.G.L.I. conversion, SBP (Survivors Benefit Plan) options, your Champus/TriCare Benefit options, and the Federal Government Long Term Care Plans. The largest and most expensive benefit is your SBP option which provides your spouse with up to 55% of your Retirement Base Pay and at a monthly cost of 6.50% of your Retirement Base Pay.

DO NOT GET LIFE INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I find it necessary to write this review in order to prevent future individuals from misplacing their hard-earned income in the hands of the state as opposed to their intended love ones.
Case in point- my deceased grandfather (rest in piece abuelo) left us his life insurance policy which we received in the mail as a packet from this company. Sent the information various times and kept getting the same packet in the mail. No phone call, no email, nada...just the same packet over and over again.
Called and got an actual person who told us to fill it
