Believe it or not the most important thing is that Ryan answers the phone when I call him and I don't have to chase them around as I am very busy man. Second reason -I like Erie insurance company and trust that they will be reasonable about handling a claim and I don't have to go after them for bad faith. I'm willing to pay for good coverage for a reputable company.
