Bought a new Simplicity snowblower from Conway’s. Couldn’t be happier or more impressed with the level of customer service I received. From meeting John on the sales floor to Jim dropping my unit off and educating me on its operation, these folks are top notch.

We left a product purchased from Conway to be serviced at the end of August. We were told they would get back to us within 2 weeks. After not hearing from them for a month, we called to get a status update. We were told someone would call back, but no one did. Yesterday, I tried calling again and AGAIN, they said they would call back. I finally called back again today for an update and John stated that after having the product for a month and a half, it was unrepairable and just suggested us to purchase another product. It takes a month and a half to tell a customer their product is not repairable

Both my wife and I love Conway’s. We have purchased most of our garden equipment here for the last 35 years. We always feel as if we’re treated like members of a special family and information is always carefully and clearly explained.
I’d like to think we will be coming to Conway’s for the next 35 years!

I would recommend this place 1000%. I went in to look at the toro zero turn, and was undecided if I actually wanted a zero turn or a traditional tractor again. I had never driven a zero turn before and John took me outside and gave me a quick lesson. I was sold on the mower as soon as I drove it. John was awesome and very knowledgeable on everything I asked. He never pushed anything on me, and I felt comfortable making my decision. I have been here a few times, but now know why my grandparents come here, and I will continue to as well. Thanks again guys! You rock!

Conway's Lawn & Power is a business I have trusted for over 30 years and my recent purchase of a Simplicity snowblower confirms my trust. John Conway was open about incoming stock and the day after it arrived at the shop I had my new machine delivered in set up, tested, gassed and operating order. The driver, Jim, gave me a quick walk through so I would be ready for the next snow. Now that I have used it a few times I am very happy with my purchase and know that I can continue to call Conway's L&P for future needs.

Very helpful and informative. Got snow blower delivered same day. And was given instructions of how to use on the spot. Higher prices then box store prices, but I will get much better service if there is an issue with Conway. I have bought other lawn equipment from Conway in the past. Everything I get there, compared to the box stores, is better put together, easier to use, and holds up better overtime.

New nor Used, will never buy again from Conway.
In 2015 we bought a used snow blower and a brand new skil gas weedwhacker. Both middle end products and not the cheapest ones.
When the gas weed whacker stopped working, despite having a warranty plan we paid for, they asked for $40 to inspect it.
They said there was water in the tank and that some gasoline's naturally did that and corpses the system. The coat of repair would be almost the cost of a new one. They tried to sell us another.
We used the oil and additive they sold us since day one and they didn't stand behind their product

I have been a loyal customer at Conway's for more than 15 years. I learned a lesson many, many years ago that while you may be able to purchase similar types of lawn/power equipment at reduced prices from any of the big box stores, the question of having these products serviced is the bottom line consideration. They service everything they sell and provide you with the expert and knowledgeable service that you would expect. I'm a city girl, so when pushing a mower became too much, I went to Conway's, and purchased my 'LIL RED' Snapper riding mower.
I could probably ride her to Staten Island if it was possible (with frequent stops for gas, of course). I even have a license plate!!!
They were so helpful, they pick it up and store it for winter as we are just here in the summer, and return it in the spring serviced and ready to go. I see reviews about price,but you get what you pay for and in my book they are worth everything. Love my Snapper, and so happy with Conways. I must add they treated my

In light of the deplorable service I received at Indian Mountain Mower Service in Millerton, I decided to give these guys a try.
The place is clean and service people friendly. They fixed my mower sooner than the estimate and called to say it was ready. The only downside is they are a little pricey. Nevertheless they got the job done.

While the staff is pleasant and helpful if you have a question. I had an old ride on mower with a broken clutch cable. I asked them to do a once over and fix the cable. They indicated it was not worth putting alot of money into it and the deck was beginning to rust. After deciding I could still use it to pull stuff around my property and cut the flat parts I asked them to go ahead and fix it. After 4 weeks I called and they let me know it was ready. When I went to pick it up I found out they cut the mower belt as they determined it was too dangerous to cut with. When I asked them to show
