The consultation with Reagan Judd was very poor. He forgot our phone meeting. I had to email to remind him. Once he showed up, he made excuses and justified rather than apologizing. He was very rude on the phone and was limited in the scope of his business, which is fine as he specializes. The problem is the utter lack of soft skills and customer service he provided in the very pushy sales consultation.
