Design Restoration did a GREAT job from start to finish. Zach, JD and the rest of the team went above and beyond helping us after we found mold under the kitchen floor of our recently purchased home. They are knowledgeable, worked well with our insurance company and made sure the job was done right. They removed the flooring, took care of mold mitigation and put down a new floor. Very fast, professional, and efficient service. Our insurance claim was handled immediately and because of their speedy service Design Restoration likely minimized the damage in our flooded basement. We were always able to reach someone by phone within a reasonable amount of time and we appreciated the continuous updates. We would highly recommend their services to any of our friends and family.

This company came out after I experienced a bad storm with possible roof damage. They were referred by my insurance company. Once they were contacted they were easy to schedule to come out and assess the damage and were out to my home the next day when it was convenient for me. Although luckily I had no damage to my roof, they were helpful with suggestions of things that may need to be addressed and taken care of in the near future. Both individuals that came to my home were friendly and answered any questions I had. Hopefully I will be able to work with this company in the future when I do have
