After our favorite place closed, I tried a number of places until I found Grand Lake. My wife and I have ordered takeout at least 6 times and eaten in once. Food is consistently good, a little pricey, but we'll worth it. We love their cold noodles in sesame sauce, excellent! If you're originally from the NE, you should give this Chinese restaurant a try.

We ordered the chicken chow Mein with Fried Rice and wonton soup. The soup was like a tea bag was tip and removed immediately. No taste whatsoever. The chicken chow-mein was flat, tasteless. This was a great place before the pandemic, but we won't be back now. My neighbor said it was sold when the city was shut down. If so, the new owners need to improve.

Never going back after going for years. They messed up my order I called them to tell them and a guy answers and tells me no they didn't and never to order from them again. Brought food to show them and manager apologized and fixed it and apologized for his rude behavior. Think they changed chef because food is not a good like before the only thing good is their lobster

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews. The food IS authentic if you know what to order. Ironically, those that claim the food isn’t authentic are the ones that don’t know Chinese food, because if you did you would know what to get. And rude service dictates an automatic one star rating? I’m in it for the food. Most of the employees either don’t speak English or it’s not their first language, so they may come across as rude in the way they speak. In reality, I’ve never seen any employee be rude.

Came here for dinner with my family. Sat down at the table and noticed right away table edges were sticky and not being cleaned properly from previous guests. Mentioned it to our waiter, they just swiped over with wet stinky cloth, nothing changed.
It was not the best Chinese food we had, and we've been to Asia many many times. If you look for authentic Chinese food - don't bother going to this place. It's more for people who have no knowledge about Chinese cuisine. Tastes and flavors were very mild.
