We are open year-round at our store front location in Midway, WV just outside of the town of Eleanor, WV.
We also have an outdoor booth at the Charleston Capitol Market on Smith Street from March-October each year. Our products are sold throughout West Virginia, and parts of Ohio, Kentucky, and some areas of Virginia. Gritt's Midway Greenhouse has grown from peddling fresh produce in Charleston, WV into a full production greenhouse operation supplying plants and produce to 4 states.

It's with great pleasure that we announce the ending of our Send a Smile to a Senior campaign. It's only fair that we let you know, in just under 3 weeks, each of you helped us send 3,121 flower smiles to the senior community in West Virginia. That includes 29 senior facilities! We want to thank each and every one of you for supporting this incredible accomplishment of pure kindness.

Each year, April through October, we are excited and proud to be a part of the Capitol Market in Charleston, WV. With daily deliveries, we stock our booth full with the same quality plants and produce that we carry at our Midway Garden Center.
During the Easter season, we offer Hydrangeas and Spring Bulbs such as Tulips, Daffodils, and Hyacinths. We grow and distribute a wide variety of Flowering Annuals, Blooming Hanging Baskets, Vegetable Seedlings, Tropical Plants, and much more. We offer novelty dishgardens with plants and containers appropriate for the season, in addition to other specialty blooming plants such as Violets, Hydrangeas, Calla Lillies, Kalanchoes, and Cyclamen.
We accept the Farmer's Nutrition vouchers at our Midway Retail & Capitol Market locations. Find our produce close to you - check the list at the bottom of the page for suppliers in your area! From Mid-March to December, we offer fresh, vine-ripened Hydroponic Tomatoes that we grow on site in Midway, WV.
