John Paul Masonry llc did such a great job repairing my brick mailbox this company was the only one out of several that I contacted that gave me the option of replacing the mailbox or repairing it I chose to repair it and I was not disappointed they did a great job you can’t tell that it was ever knocked over and the cost was much lower than replacing it
I cannot thank them enough

Highly Highly Recommend John Paul for all your masonry projects. I hired John to repair my chimney and other tuckpointing on my house. Not only did he do the job with 100% quality in mind but he also fixed prior tuckpointing repairs from another local company (which i will never use again). I highly recommend John!

I could not be happier with my experience with John Paul Masonry. Last August my mailbox was struck by a motorist and it was left in pieces. Finding a brickmason/tuck pointer to repair or replace the mailbox was an absolute nightmare. I spent weeks trying to find one only to be blown off and disregarded by many of the people topping the list of a Google search or my Facebook recommendations. Many masons either claimed they don’t do mailboxes or don’t even have the time, which is specially frustrating since many of them advertised that they did. Two were no shows for the job.

Contractor would not respond to multiple attempts to communicate about unfinished work. Quality of the work completed was mediocre.
The primary complaint is the contractor's failure to complete all tasks agreed to for the price. I was very disappointed that his chosen method to deal with the issue was to ignore all attempts to communicate.

Had a great experience working with John Paul Masonry to fix our crumbling brick patio. During the bidding/estimate process he was extremely informative and took his time assess the patio and he explained exactly what needed to be done. The estimate he provided was actually more than 2x less than all the others we received, which concerned me at first but we chose him based on his knowledge. John was very easy to communicate with and he is very detailed in his work. I would highly recommended him for any masonry work.

John Paul did a terrific job explaining what needed to be done to make my brick, foundation corner and spalling repairs and then providing an accurate estimate. In particular, he quickly diagnosed a problem and then repaired a basement window that was stuck shut due to concrete heaving underneath the sill. He communicates well throughout the process keeping me informed and completing all work in a timely manner.
