If I could give 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. Needed a fridge, found one at Kevin’s, pleasant experience and scheduled delivery. Next day comes, delivery doesn’t happen for a reason unknown to us (we were out of town visiting family) so my husband called and spoke with Kevin. You could hear him yelling across the room. My husband tried to have a calm conversation with the intent of understanding and Kevin instantly was defensive. When my husband tried to end the conversation because it wasn’t going anywhere Kevin said our refund would be in the mail and hung up on him. We decided to cancel

Purchased a washer and dryer set September 2020, since then we have had to have it “fixed” more than 7-8 times . I recently called today because once again, our dryer is broken. The owner started screaming at me about how my boyfriend was completely rude and nasty to him (when in fact Kevin had a horrible attitude from the start of the conversation) and how the public’s behavior about our broken appliances keeps getting worse. Horrible place, do not buy anything from this guy. Super rude, got the washer/dryer home and the parts to hook up the water were broken. Called him and he will not stand by it and put the blame on us and how my husband loaded it. Will not do a thing to help us. Paid him in cash.
When we were in there with my 5 yr old grandson, Kevin was swearing horrible and he did not care. He should not be a business owner and we are not out a washer/dryer for our mother in law and out $950.

Horrible place , Kevin is rude and horrible language. Sold us a broken appliance , blamed it on us and then did not want to stand by it. He is a crook , said if we paid in cash , he wouldn’t charge us tax because he doesn’t like the governor. Lesson learned , never going to deal with him again ! In reading the comments below, we aren’t the only ones he did this to.

Canceled my new fridge delivery due to Kevin being extremely rude and unprofessional. There was an issue with delivery. My driveway was icy. I was 300 miles away at the time. I called to see why they couldn’t deliver my fridge and Kevin got on the phone, instantly yelling at me and defensive. I told him I was confused as to why he was yelling at me when I was just trying to see what was going on. He hung up on me and told me I would get a refund in the mail. We ended up rescheduling delivery so I could salt the driveway. I later decided to cancel my order due to the way he disrespectfully treated

We highly recommend Kevin’s Appliance & Mattress. We stopped in looking for a stainless steel range. Instead of “up selling” to a brand new (more expensive) model, we were shown all options including a pre-owned model. It was refreshing to know it was more about our needs than sales. We will definitely be back!!

Terrible service! We purchased a used dryer 3 months ago for an apartment unit in Monroe. Due to lack of communication from Kevin, the dryer was delivered to our home in Stoughton rather than the apartment. Then they took it back to Monroe and installed it in the wrong apartment! That was on a Friday so didn’t get straightened out until Monday. Now… - just 3 months later- the dryer isn’t working. Spoke to Kevin and he was so impatient and irritable that he told me to “talk faster.” He kept interrupting while I tried to explain what my husband had figured out, so I

Try growing up with this MANIAC. I’ll say this - I’m still going to therapy over this psycho. Kevin has a short temper and can’t handle anything negative thrown his way. He’s a terrible business man, complete narcissist, and an overall horrible human being. He treats his customers like dirt. STEER CLEAR EVERYONE!

Owner sells junk with a useless warranty that he won’t stand behind. Takes your money and then treats you like crap. Yells and cusses at you and then tells you that he’s not going to deal with you anymore. Only wanted him to fix the $500 fridge we bought 4 days earlier. Called on Monday to schedule a service tech to check a problem with my 4 year old dryer. Tuesday technician arrived and inspected the dryer. Located the problem, went to his truck, came back with the required parts and installed it in 25 minutes. Friendly, courteous,efficient and economical. Very pleased with my experience with Kevin's Appliance

Will never shop there again. Bought a used fridge, and he agreed to put fridge in the basement. They delivered to garage, didn't have manpower to put in basement on that day. No problem. I called back a week later to check in, and then 2nd time 4 days later - Kevin yelled at on the phone and hung up on me. I went into the store to have a face to face conversation and he yelled at me and told me to "Get the f^%$ outta my store!". Professional when I bought the fridge, but once he had my money was rude and verbally abusive. Should be allowed to give zero stars. I filed a complaint with Monroe Chamber

We've had Kevin repair our past appliances with great success and service. Wednesday we had issues with our stove; I called Kevin. He said 'bring it down'; I did early Thursday morning. He looked at it the same day. I picked it up late Thursday afternoon......'in and out' in less than 12 hours, we were very impressed once again and always appreciate his 'straight to the point' and 'get it done' approach. We will continue to go to Kevin given our past experiences with him and the service he's provided, thanks my friend and appreciate you as always.
