Called this store to see if they had cath supplies for my mother. Even though they didn't, they referred me to several different places to get them. Ended up having to drive to Decherd to get them.
The lady on the phone was super nice and I was shocked to see that they would send me to a competitor just to make sure that I found what I was looking for. Will definitely make them our first choice should we need anything else

Our podiatrist sent us here to get a boot for my fiancé because they had a particular type of boot that she needed for her foot. We get there and the older man there waited on us and she gave him her insurance card and point blank asked him if she was in Cigna’s insurance network and he’s said Yes! So of course we were happy till we got the bill for $330.10 for a Boot!!!
Now my fiancé pays over $500.00 a month for all of her insurance that she had and her Cigna plan pays 100% for Durable Medical Equipment.
It’s seems to me it’s the old bait and switch routine. It’s crazy how much

LifeAid of Tullahoma is a JOKE!! My Mom’s Dr. ordered a hospital bed Last Wednesday & was told she wld receive it by Friday! Ok on Monday morning we called & requested a time & was told late Monday afternoon! Well it is 3:55 I called to find out when they were coming & was told by the ANSWERING SERVICE, “Mam they close at 3:30!! Needless to say my Mom has 2 FX vertebrae & has been sleeping in a Chair! Cannot lie down!!! Ridiculous & BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!

My son is an 8 year old who uses a wheelchair quiet frequently and we decided to use LifeAid medical several months ago. We had our doctor send them the letter they requested for insurance purposes within a week ofter our initial visit. I never received a call about the letter needing more information so after several weeks I called them and was told they needed his diagnosis written on the letter. The letter was faxed the very next day and when I called them back at the end of the week they said they didn't know if they had gotten it or not and didn't offer to check either. This same situation
