The new owners are great. Donika was very efficient, polite, and helpful in getting my medical needs met. She was contracted through a 3rd party and still was able to get me my equipment on time. Cheers to the new change in ownership. It shows.

Matt was great. He offered me less expensive alternatives and decked out my walker. If you want to do business in a class place with great staff go to Valley Medical. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Great place to do business with in regards to medical supply's! Great customer service, there awesomely patient with kids, and have a nice clean store! I highly recommend this store!

Very helpful and informative customer service. They were patient while my mother browse the inventory. They're quite an assortment of shower chairs, mobility chairs, electric recliners, personal hygiene items and support pillows. Thank you for your help. :-)

I went to this store and the lady at the desk was very helpful. Unfortunately for my father they do not accept Medi-Cal. Nonetheless, she refered us to other stores and before we left she helped us to understand what to look for on the medical equipment we needed. I am going back to this store if my father can't get his equipment through Medi-Cal.

I have used this store for years. They always have what I need. I have purchased a power scooter and even used equipment. They are good on repairs too .

I have called upon this Medical Supply facility multiple times and found them to have good supplies and equipment for sale. My problem is with the customer service. When I have called to check on availability on certain items the woman answering the call is short with me and not helpful. This has made me refer people to other places in town to get supplies. You might still have to go to them as they have a good inventory but be prepared to deal with someone who might not want to be there.
