Our shop was signed up for the 100% write program that included a 5% rebate. When we were ready to cash out they took 50% of our rebates for "admin charges" and then another 25% off the remaining for "holdback." When we signed up, it was advertised that they would take 25% in admin fees. No other fees were mentioned. So of the $1040.00 in rebates we were anticipating they offered us $195.00. They dodged my calls for weeks, would not send requested information and it was very obvious to me they were hoping I would give up. Do NOT do business with this company unless you want to get ripped off.
