I see a lot of great reviews about Adams, but my elderly parents experience has been the complete opposite. They were promised a well 2 weeks before the February winter storm, never showed. Then the storm hit and Adams went AWOL, dodging phone calls, not returning calls, etc. When they finally got in touch, my parents were told that as soon as a 1,000 foot well was complete, they were next on the list. This was almost 6 weeks ago....nothing!! No well, no phone calls. Adams has effectively managed to leave my parents, a couple in their early 70's, completely without water. These people are incompetent
