After just one session, she really got my chi flowing again and released some old stagnation. Now that I am several months in, I do not even have to point out my trouble spots anymore; she just knows exactly what my body needs. Kim has a vast wealth of knowledge and doesn’t hesitate to share it. Oh, and did I mention she has the most amazing French Bulldog, Lulu, that keeps me company once the needles have been placed. Kim at 2 the point acupuncture is an excellent practitioner. She is very thorough and knowledgeable. As a commercial fishermen and food truck operator I work long grueling hours. Kim is a truly gifted acupuncturist. I've had many treatments from practitioners around the world, and she is top notch. My sessions with Kim have been incredibly helpful in relieving chronic musculoskeletal pain (from old injuries), resolving other medical complaints that hadn't been helped by treatment with my GP, lessening symptoms associated with my cycle, and increasing my overall energy levels and sense of wellbeing.

My first experience with acupuncture was with Kiim Gitzel, (2 The Point Acupuncture) in Hilo. I wasn't sure what to expect or if I would even like it, but as she began to work on me, I felt a flood of energy being released at some of the various needle points. She performs her treatments with confidence and knowledge which makes you feel like you're in the best of hands. I thoroughly enjoy my visits and plan to continue as part of my overall health plan. We're lucky to have her in Hilo!

Kim is an exceptional at what she does! I have been seeing for almost 2 years and always come out of my appointments feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, healed. She is compassionate, always concerned and very knowledgeable about how my body works. She listens to what the problem may or may not be and knows exactly what to do to work toward healing it.

Kim is amazing, she is always attentive, I mean she really listens, is efficient and friendly. She seems to thrive on challenges and would actually do research to find what worked best for me especially regarding my auto-immune disease. She has a wealth of knowledge regarding natural herbal supplements which combined with acupuncture I feel she is giving me the best well-rounded treatment I have found.

Kim is an excellent practitioner and therapist! Acupuncture differs from Western medicine as it treats the whole being as well as address presenting symptoms. What constantly intrigues me is her ability to diagnose and treat body systems based on traditional Chinese prescriptions. Lots of times, the organ or area of the body under stress seems unrelated to the how the pain or discomfort manifests.
