Joe is THE best. He was accommodating during the holidays and did an amazing job working with my very vague descriptions. We weren't exactly sure what we wanted but I gave him rough guidelines and he made everything more amazing than I could have imagined. He was quick and very communicative. My office needed replacement parts for a board-of-directors wall display. I had no info on who created the original display with its interchangeable name plates and officer titles. I took a sample piece to Dan Kain Trophies where Brandy heard my story and said she would talk to the owner about creating a couple of test pieces with similar background color and font to make sure they fit in the name-plate holders on the wall display. They didn't have the exact material of the sample piece I brought in but they were able to manufacture something that looked exactly like it. They charged

Had them make three award plaques. They did a very nice job, very quickly. I was very please with the result. I did not shop around, so I can not comment on price, but the cost was about what I expected. I would happily go to them in the future.
