Me and partner we built our dream home this year. We where undecided to which furniture place to go to .One of my closest friend recommend them to me and we decided to go with them this has been the best decision we made. We got all our custom made furniture from Zarcos great quality they made everything the way we ask for. They also reupholster a few chairs for us as well everything was amazing. I definitely recommend them.

To be fair, the build quality is pretty good. My issue isn't with the quality of the product, rather the quality of the communication and timing. We ordered our bed frame in November. We were told it would take 5 weeks. After several text messages that originated with us, several postponements and a completely wasted day waiting for them to not even show up until 6:30pm the next day, we got our bed...11 weeks later! To top it off, the box for the TV lift was 10" to high and a half inch to narrow. I've had to modify it myself, because I want nothing to do with them. In all honesty, if the communication
