Staff was awesome!!! They allow dogs and my girl was soaking up all the attention!!! One guy even came out of the back to pet her!!! Saw some beautiful rides!!! Unfortunately they didn't carry HD s&p shakers or the stickers you can put on your lid (helmet). Been looking for some to put on my van! I'm lucky cause where we are staying we get to hear bikes everyday!!! Love my bike fam!

This was our first Harley Davidson, so we were rather excited and nervous. Anthony was an awesome guy. He listen to everything we were looking for and made great suggestions as well. He truly had our best interest in mind. He was super informative as well. I would totally recommend Indy West and Anthony to anyone looking to buy a new or used Harley. We went there on December 8th to see what bikes they had. Honestly didn't plan on purchasing a bike that day. We were greeted by salesperson Doug. Showed us all the used bikes on the showroom floor and back in the other building. I seen the one I purchased and instantly loved it! Doug was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. When I decided that was the one I wanted they worked with me and my circumstances to get me on that bike! The Indy West staff are awesome and I would recommend anyone there for their Harley purchase! You all rocked!!! Especially Doug!!!

I took my bike there for what seemed to be a loud exhaust leak. After asking several questions and putting the answers in the computer, I left the bike and they had problem identified in a very short time. They repaired my bike and had issues getting parts delivered to my satisfaction. And the price they quoted was spot on!

What a great experience I had working with Ty, this is my first bike and first time having it serviced...Ty was very helpful in walking me through the process, answering all of my questions and always in contact with me. Doug walked me through every step of the way answering every question along the way. I felt like one of the family. He was very personable and remembered why I wasn't there the previous weekend because of my parents. Personal touch means all the difference in the world it wasn't about getting the dollar it was about making it work for the rider. I have search got years for this babyblue, electric blue Softail, and his email to me with this bike, I knew she was the one. If I could give a zero I would. What can I say....... from sales to service the only thing that matters is making money. I have bought 3 bikes from here but I have also bought my last one!!!! I had a recall done on my trike and it was brought back to my home worse than when it went in. They did come back and attempt to fix it again....fail. Now you would think being a valued customer I would maybe gotten a wash or even the bike fixed right? No! Still grinds when going in gear. So I'll fix it myself. It's not worth the hassle. As far as the sales team lol wow you are golden until you sign

My experience was above my expectations- the hospitality from everyone in the store and with Doug assisting me in looking at bikes - with ZERO PRESSURE I might add, was a very cool experience. I shouted him what I liked he gave me honest opinions about how the bike didn't really fit me based on my build, height, what I want to ride for and personality. He walked me trough the process on getting registered for the safety course, literally looking at 7 different bikes to find the right one for me and then ultimately purchasing my first bike. This was a 4 week process and he didn't push

Absolutely fabulous store!! My husband has bought two bikes from here already and I have taken the riders academy. With absolutely no experience riding, they had me doing things I never imagined I could do on a motorcycle through the academy! I cannot say enough good things about this store! Every team member you encounter in every department, including the riders academy is extremely helpful! We absolutely love IndyWest!!

I am posting this for my brother who tried to purchase a motorcycle from them even though I told him of my bad experience he found the bike that he wanted at their facility upon calling to get some information he was created on the phone bye hey very rude sales person who would not answer the questions that he had and basically told him to come in because they were busy he lives two hours away so he ended up going to Southside and now herehe has a awesome brand new bike he loves his trike and got a fair deal for someone spending 30+ thousand dollars on a motorcycle I would think management would

Riding back from Peoria Illinois to Pittsburgh my 92 heritage softtails regulator caused me problems(battery, light bulbs blowing out etc.) I really didn't want to call a Harley dealership bc of the bikes age, but I did. Not only did they have the part in stock, they put it in quickly and at a very reasonable price. This is the Harley Davidson brotherhood that I remember and greatly respect. My receipts don't show names, just initials, but I wanted to give thanks to the guys who helped. Their initials are BB from service and DMK from parts. Keep up the good work and hospitality. You don

Originally I was going to provide a low rating on the service dept but after some discussion with them, the service dept, I have changed my mind. Due to some miss understanding/explanation on both parties part, everything was fixed very satisfactory. My trike needed a service after a 775 mile trip; this was very satisfactory completed and returned spot-less. Although I was expecting my bike back on Sat but didn't get it back until Mon, the source of the discussion. I will continue to bring my HD's to Indy West.

Now let's add the parts you so convenienty left out. Yor service department did not do their job causing me to break down on the side of the road. They were sent away due to the fact that they expected me to pay out of pocket to fix it and for a loner to finish my vacation that cost me a bunch of prepaid money that I missed most of and was told by your service manager when I said that I was not paying

I have not purchased a motorcycle here so i cannot comment on their sales staff. I have come here quiet often on rides where we stop in, grab a soda and maybe do some shopping for clothing or accessories. They have a nice assortment of clothing and accessories, i would say about average for a Harley Dealership.
