Quality Metal Works is the vision of Jack Garner Jr. He and an associate began Quality Metal Works with a vision to "build a better mousetrap" in terms of both quality of product and customer relations.

Services
Quality Metal Works Inc designed this conveying system as a solution to washing down the conveyor in the customer's designated wash room. The elevation to reach the scales was higher than that of the washroom doors head clearance. Thinking outside of the box Quality Metal Works Inc designed a split frame inclined conveyor, where the upper inclined half of the conveyor could be rotated down using an electric actuator.
Quality Metal Works Inc designed this conveying line as a solution for a low ceiling clearance issue which made it impossible to stack the scales on top of the packaging equipment. Our solution to this problem was to keep the scales and packaging equipment separate. We used two inclined conveyors; one to feed each piece of equipment.
Quality Metal Works Inc designed the adjustable level platform as a solution for the customer's R&D line where they test new product. This required the use of different scales and packaging equipment and changing the equipment stack-up with each new product run.
Designed with telescoping legs, the platform could be lifted via a fork lift at which point the platform height could be adjusted in increments equal to the stairs risers to keep the treads aligned properly.

Top notch customer service! Spoke to Bob over the phone about my metal needs before heading in. Not only was Bob informative but we also got slightly off topic about the welding projects we've done in the past. After a short drive in. I was pleasantly greeted by the nice ladies in the office. Who then directed me to Bob office. I couldn't have been more pleased by the customer service and knowledge of the staff at Quality Metal Works Inc. I'll be sure to return for all of my sheet metal needs!
