I ordered some shirts for work so I called to place the order. The woman who answered was extremely polite and answered all of my questions. I was able to drive there for pick up, and the same woman greeted me with my shirts. Awesome service from beginning to end. Will definitely work with them again.

I've called twice and spoke to 2 different representatives. Neither one of them seemed interested in my business and rushed me off the phone as I was inquiring about their services. I've been in the apparel industry for 8+ years and never dealt with such rude customer service over the phone. I'm sure their work is good for the customers they care about.

I ordered online through another company,
backpacks for my son's soccer team. I misspelled one of the kids last names and needed to have it fixed fast. Sew Happy fixed it within in 2 hours and did a wonderful job. They matched the precious font the best they could. I was pleasantly surprised. They did a WONDERFUL JOB. I wish I had gotten all the backpacks done there. I will never have embroidery done through an online order again. I'll be using Sew Happy and supporting small local businesses.

They make everything so easy to deal with and are very nice. There’s no rushing you out the door after taking your money they take the time to understand what you want, where you want it, the colors you want and everything. They are very up to date with the time periods you give and they make sure you like the design of the logo you want before they even touch your bags or whatever it is you’re embroidering. Not to mention their quality is outstanding. This is the place to go to when you need any emblem, logo, etc. on your bag, t-shirt, hats, whatever it is they can do it.

Sew Happy in Upland is a very hard working business that does beautiful embroidery, bling, and screen print work! Sew Happy did school spirit wear, staff wear, and special event wear for my elementary school. I appreciated their attention to details and the quality of their work! I ordered several shirts including a jacket with our school logo. I was very specific about what I like and want on my shirt. It was all written on my receipt but was ignored by the business. They made all the shirts with bling and red embroidery when I specifically asked for a blue embroidery and no bling. When I tried to contact the company I had to leave four messages and never received a call back. I got a text message informing me that there was something wrong with my phone and that they had been trying to call me. None of this was true! Nor did they try to resolve the issue, it actually

Sew Mad! I took a small lumbar pillow in to have one letter embroidered on it. Christi, the owner of Sew Happy, told me she would text me examples of different monogram fonts she could use and I could choose one. She also told me it would take her 10 days, but I could have my pillow back sooner than that. I never received texts from her with font options and I had to call her at least 5 times to check on my pillow. She lied to me over and over about when the pillow would be ready. Finally, after 7 weeks (!) I got my pillow back. The font is supposed to be a capital J, but it's actually

Went to get my jacket embroidered here and it looks wonderful! I took it in on a Wednesday and they told me it would be done the following week. Exactly one week after dropping off my jacket I got a call from them advising me that my jacket was ready.
It looked really good and the color they suggested I use to embroider matched perfectly with the other writing on the jacket.

Sew not happy. A group of us ordered school shirts and sweatshirts. Initially I was very surprised at how long the order would take, a month! But, we were excited to finally get good-looking shirts for work. My card was charged and my contact information was taken.
The month came and went. I was told through word of mouth that they would not be done for another month. No apology, no discount, no contact from the company to me. I thought how unprofessional. How can a company that prints t-shirts, not get orders done in less than 2 months???

I am "Sew Unhappy" with the sweater I purchased. First of all,it took about 2 months to get my faded black sweater. The quality and color of the sweater is so poor.The sweater is so faded that it looks like it has been out in the sun for years. I also have other co workers who were disappointed with their purchases as well. I will never order from this company again.

Extremely unprofessional. I placed an order over 3 months ago and never received my merchandise, nor did I receive a phone call to follow up. I then contacted the company for a refund. They finally agreed to give me my money back, and a week later I still didn't have it. I had to call several times and leave several messages before I was able to speak to someone and they had no explanation why my refund was not sent when promised. Not very accommodating or professional considering they had my money for months without giving me my merchandise.
