Wedding cake is also one of the last items served at a wedding reception, and guests take the memory of the cake with them.
I can create a special cake to fit any celebration, whether it is a small & intimate birthday party for 2 or a big celebration for a 50th wedding anniversary. Whether you need a themed birthday cake, a fancy and highly decorated work of art or a simply lovely rustic styled cake, I am experienced in a wide variety of styles and decorating techniques so I can bring your ideas of the perfect cake to life.
My custom dessert buffet will be a highlight of your special occasion. Beautiful presentation is as much of a focus as the deliciousness of my desserts. Choose a selection from my petite dessert menu or ask for a personal favorite. Each of my delicious, bite sized desserts are completely scratch made, from the puff pastry and tartlet shells to the vanilla bean French pastry cream and French macaroons.
My cupcake creations can be simple, focusing on flavor and texture or intricately decorated to match your celebration theme and colors. Either way, all of my cupcakes are beautiful and delicious. I use a swiss meringue buttercream frosting that is extremely light and fluffy, silky smooth and not too sweet.
My handmade sugar flowers are wonderful creations that are made from a sugar dough known as gumpaste. They are hand molded, dried, painted, assembled and take days sometimes weeks to create. With sugar flowers there are no worries about toxic pesticides or if the flowers are naturally poisonous. You can have your favorite flower created no matter the season, in any shade desired.
