As a practitioner, I've witnessed this truth for over 14 years, and I created V-Fit, because I became unacceptably frustrated from being immersed in systems of fitness and healthcare that flat-out do not produce long-term results for their members, clients, and patients.

Dr. Matt Villanueva is all about "walking his talk, " by living a very fit lifestyle, leading by example, and striving to guide you on how to do so too. Dr. Matt is a graduate from the University of Southern California (Los Angeles, CA), where he earned his Ph. D. in Biokinesiology with an exercise science emphasis.
At V-Fit, Dr. Matt welcomes anyone and everyone, no matter what your training experience and current fitness level may be! Open group performance training is a comprehensive, all-in-one fitness and wellness system that will target every area of your body.
