Statewide Waterproofing did a great job, his employees were very careful with all the landscaping in our yard, polite and worked very hard. They got to our job quickly as the rain was in the forecast. We appreciate their help. I've lived in Jefferson City for 2 years and have hired a few contractors who were a bad experience.

We used State Wide Waterproofing to place a sump pump in the basement of our elderly mothers home.
A few months after placement of the sump pump ($9,400) the basement flooded when the electricity went out during a storm. When State Wide was called the owner said the sump pump did not have a battery back up so for another $800 he replaced the pump with one that had a battery back up. The battery back up pump was not offered when the first one was placed.
The battery back up pump kept beeping telling us it was running on battery not electricity. This happened even though the electricity never went
