Usui Reiki is a hands-on healing modality which can be used on self or given to others (including your pets). Reiki facilitates physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. The flow of Reiki energy is cannot be manipulated and is directed by the recipient, not by the practitioner. Every Reiki experience is different; you change constantly as does your experience.
