I needed a oil change for my truck and they were charging me $630 on the invoice I received I was charged twice for the labor I ended up going somewhere else and only paying $3 40 for that exact same oil change so I would definitely tell people to be weary of this place!

Poor customer service.
The mobile repair person didn't show up for my appointment and West Coast Truck Service didn't let me know. Instead, I called them after waiting an hour to find out the scheduler was out to lunch. I then called back and was told my appointment had been cancelled and they decided not to reschedule a later appointment because rates would be higher. They asked if I wanted to reschedule for another day but I declined.

I have used them a couple of times and they have always helped me out properly. Will call again.

My friend recommended this place, so I had high expectations.
It would be 5 stars, but
Minus 1 star: I got a quote ($295) a week prior setting up an appointment, and when the job was done was charged $330
They said that they didn't save the quote, still didn't adjust to the correct amount.
Minus 2 star: I've been told the job will take 1 hr. After waiting for almost an hour - the job was not even started. The wait would be longer if I wouldn't speak to the manager.

As a owner/op, I found West Coast to be of great help. Juan did his best to make sure my rig was ready.

Our truck broke a few days ago. We found their service on Yelp. They repaired the truck as was promised on same day with no issues.
Ask for Juan, a very polite and professional manager.
He answered all the questions I had and gave us a good price.
We were lucky to find them.

West Coast truck service came to me in a reasonable amount of time replace the wheel seal on a trailer that someone else had replaced previously technician was prompt and courteous replaced at a fair price will definitely use them again when in the area

Thease Guys are awesome. The lady at the phone was courteous and sounded hot.. Juan the service manager called me back with a revised ETA and apologized for any inconvenience. When the mechanic showed up, he tossed me some water bottles and got to it. He had the air bags and everything he needed. The quickest dang repair I have received. Use Thease guys, unless your from Mexico and cry about paying for what you get. Call somebody else if you want shotty cheap repairs. Call Thease folks if your money wagon breaks down, and you want efficient quality work.....

Quick with whatever your fleet needs. Professional diesel mechanics who really know their stuff. Jeanette in the front office is very personable, and willing to do what ever to get your trucks done. We have been bringing our fleet here for the last 5 years. I really like it here and it's convenient location close to 32nd street.
