Redfield Group Realty handles commercial, land and select residential properties through a traditional sales method. We represent buyers and sellers in finding the property of their dreams or that property that is perfect for their business. The team at Redfield has sold nearly 1,000,000 acres of land, luxury real estate, homes, farms, land, commercial properties and vacation properties in over 40 states and Mexico.
Redfield Group has multiple GPPA appraisers on staff to handle appraisals on just about everything except real estate and we provide USPAP compliant appraisals on assets for many different purposes. We have provided personal property appraisal services to individuals, heirs, lenders and companies. Our staff is some of the only GPPA personal property appraisers within the state of Alabama.
Redfield Group doesn't require a large inventory of assets to be included in an auction. We have the capability and in place programs to offer single items in a dynamic online auction targeted to specific groups of buyers. Redfield Group Auctions did a fantastic job. We used them for an on-site auction, online auctions, and real estate auctions. Mike and the staff at Redfield Group Auctions helped my family in the most professional and and efficient manner when selling my aging parents long time resident, farm land and estate items.
