We purchased carpet from Bair Rugs 16 years ago. The carpet was excellent as was the customer service. We just had our new carpet installed today. Again, the quality and variety of carpet too choose from as well as the customer service we have received is why we are return customers.

Second time using Bair, they are very helpful able and knowledgeable. First time we got carpet & we love it. This time we installed waterproof venal wood type flooring to replace our old bamboo & tile flooring. Again the installers we wonderful. We just had another wonderful experience with Bair Rugs. This time it was an inexpensive purchase of some flooring for our small bathrooms. The customer service was amazing once again. We ordered our floor on Saturday and we had it on Tuesday. Ed is so personable and really goes above and beyond for his customers. We recommend this place to all of our friends!

I would highly recommend Bair Rugs. Just this past week they installed brand new hard floors in the entire upstairs of our house. At their showroom I found the selection of flooring to be huge and with the help of Ed I was able to chose exactly what I needed at a price that was very reasonable. They delivered the product on time and within the budget we had established. The removal of all the old carpet was done quickly by a very professional crew, as was the installation of the new flooring. I would not hesitate to use Bair Rugs again.

Had a really quick and easy experience with Bair. Went and picked out a color, had them come and measure, and they installed all within a couple weeks. No complaints here! We love our new carpet.

I am truly impressed with this business. I just got the carpet installed and it is beautiful. The installers were were great and very knowledgeable. Bair beat the two other quotes I got by $2000 and $1500 for comprable material ! And when they give you a quote it includes padding and installation unlike the other places. I will be recommending them to everybody I know.
