Our mission is to improve our patient's quality of life through Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The root of poor health often lies deeper than its manifested symptoms. Therefore we believe in taking a holistic approach to healthcare, treating not only the immediate pain and symptoms but also improving the body's overall health so that our natural immunity is more effective in combating illness.
I understand that each patient is unique and will make every effort to establish clear channels of communication. I will take the time to listen and address the concerns of my patients and educate them on the specifics of their condition and treatment options to the best of my ability. Put your trust in me and I will make every effort to alleviate your pain and improve the quality of your life as we embark on this journey toward better health.

Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture are over 3000 year old methods of treatment aimed at promoting one's overall health. It is based on the concepts of Qi and Blood in conjunction with the body's major organs. Implicit in the philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine is the idea of re-establishing and maintaining the body's natural balance or homeostasis.
Acupuncture is the practice of inserting very thin needles into specific sites of the body to stimulate or unblock the flow of Qi energy. In Traditional Chinese Medicine there are 12 Meridians that irrigate the body. Qi energy flows through these channels and propels blood and nutrients to the various vital organs.

Dr.Xiao is amazing! I had a virus for years and with acupuncture and these customized tea regimens, I went to my doctor and for the first time I was tested negative. My doctor didn't want to give acupuncture credit but I certainly do. Dr. Xiao is also very honest and knowledgeable so she will tell you if your condition has hope or not. (That's just my own words btw.)
