I've only ordered on-line from this boutique. Both from them directly and through Amazon. I've been doing business with them for at least two years. It's one of the best! They've got a great selection of products and they've got a great sense of customer service. I'm sure they wrote a number of chapters "in the book" on customer service.
Take this for one instance: I was experiencing difficulty locating their store on Amazon... yes, I'm getting older... I found an old e-mail from them in my Amazon account and sent them a message asking for some help purchasing French soaps. Their store specifically

Don’t be fooled by the banner that shows up on google saying the store is “temporarily closed”. They are open and providing wonderful service!
