We had a very specific request from JR to have our shutters match our kitchen cabinetry. He was able to pull through with an amazing deal beating out other competitive quotes with a high quality product. The installation team was expedient, quick, and professional. After vetting several vendors for a roller shade/shutter installation, my husband and I decided on using Classic Home (Formerly Classic Shutters) and we are extremely happy with our decision. JR is very responsive and made sure to come out to the house a few times throughout the decision-making and installation process. We installed plantation shutters throughout the house, and as predicted, there are a few louvers that weren't 100%. Not a problem for us at all... the installers pointed it out to us during the process before we had time to go around and make our own assessment... very professional

We had excellent experience with classic shutter dallas!! JR was quick in responses and patient with our questions. We had to request him to visit us couple of times and he was very patient, helpful and informative. Order to installation lead time is reasonable and there was no delays or confusion. Installers came right on time and they were polite and finished their job within 45 min and with great quality. I would highly recommend them!!

We recently moved into our first new home in Dallas. All our friends prepared us for all the challenges we would have working with all the contractors we would need to get our home set up. Well we just got our shutters installed today and they are beautiful, I'm so excited. I have to say, our experience with Classic Shutters was incredible. Would love to try them, if I could get a hold of someone! Reached out to them twice in the last two weeks for an quote, once through their website's online form and once via the email provided on their website (I would have tried them by phone, but couldn't find a number on Yelp or their website - ??). I think ignoring any customer is bad form. It's OK to be so busy that you turn away business, but be a professional, protect your good reputation and have the courtesy of responding - it only takes a minute.... You never know when you'll need the business in the future!

We have two very large windows with eyebrow arches on the front of our house that we wanted redone with Plantation Shutters. We had regular faux wood blinds on both windows prior, but were never fully satisfied with them. They didn't cover the full window, but they were the best we could afford at the time. We recently purchased a new home with 35 windows and were not looking forward to covering them all. The builder prices were, of course, ridiculous, so we decided to strike out on our home and hope for the best. After looking at a number of different options, we were seduced by their flier that claimed "50% lower than Lowes". Sure enough, they were, and more. We ended up getting a mix of blinds and shutters throughout the home for a reasonable price. 5 months in and they all still work, so really no complaints.

Our order went wrong in SO MANY WAYS. Disappointed to have wasted our time. This company offers standard blinds in traditional colors and styles which will fit very nicely in any mobile home. Took some time but had a tricky Bay window upstairs in 100 year old house in M-streets, BUT Gawd the results were WELL worth the wait!!!
Whole bottom of house has awesome shutters, we bought house 4 months ago and were given A+ service just for a $1,000 dollars worth of work! WOW my bedroom is sooooo much cooler and in Dallas that is very important.
Side note! Tip the guys who install they don't make much but make ALL the difference! Offer a coke or water and a $20! they deserve it@!

We just bought our home and needed shutters or blinds. We weren't sure which we wanted but after talking to JR and seeing the samples and hearing him explain the products we decided to get shutters on the windows in the front of our home and blinds everywhere else. The blinds are nice and were installed when he told us they would be. But today we had the shutters installed and I am speechless! They are so nice. They make our house look so much better. They were installed so quickly and they swept their mess and wiped down the window seal. I'm impressed. The service with JR is really great
