DO NOT USE THEM OR USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! This is the most two-faced company ever, which also probably has the worst customer-service ever. The nerve of a technician to yell at my wife in my own home. Oh, btw don't ever expect a refund, even if they destroy your HVAC unit. I would say, if you do use this company at your own risk, film the walk-through of the technicians and get everything he says on camera, get an estimate, then take pictures/videos of before you accept the work, then after the work is complete. That way, they can't just threaten "just take us to court, then" without you having

My a/c stopped cooling. One of their techs came out and quickly identified the problem. A new part was ordered and other techs came out as soon as it came in. They were thorough, professional and took time to keep me updated on the progress. They were also respectful of my home, which I greatly appreciated. All in all a positive experience!

With 12 hours notice, we had three guys out here to fix our AC. All three of them worked beyond hard for the entire time they were here, and left me with a fully functional AC, and them some, before my family came home for the evening. They addressed problems from previous contractors and fixed other issues progressively. If I have problems again, I'd call them in a heartbeat. I definitely recommend these guys.

Corey Cross out and out scammed me and took advantage of a senior citizen who is a widow. I called him last summer in July or August when it was over 100 degrees out so I needed my a/c. He replaced a capacitor and said I needed Freon so he replaced both. He said the unit needed a King valve and that there were two King valves on it, a big one and a little one, and I need the big one which would be $200.00. I bought a service package from him that day as it was cheaper than paying the full price. I called him the next winter in February and told him to order the King valve because I had the

We called Cross Heating & Air fairly late in the evening when our office A/C suddenly stopped working. Not only did they come out promptly the following day, they were able to diagnose the problems and repair the unit during the same visit. As an oil and gas company, we're unfortunately used to being taken advantage of by most of the areas service providers, but we were shocked to see how inexpensive our bill with Cross was. Excellent work at a fair price in a reasonable time, we couldn't ask for more.
