Dr Dorfman is an amazing doctor. My daughter is an athlete runner and she suffered a stress fracture. He understood perfectly her situation and how she felt during this process. He cares about his patients and makes sure they are back and ready to go back to their sports. I highly recommend Dr. Dorfman. He is amazing!

I've been seeing Dr. Dorfman for 10 years and he is easily one of the best. He's very low key and totally honest. Even if its bad news he doesn't "guild the lily." They always get me in at my appointment time so I never spend the day waiting. Last, but not least, Dr. Dorfman is a classic rocker, so its always fun sharing concert info. If you need help with your feet or ankles, run, don't walk, to the office. You'll be glad you did.

I had bone spur surgery from an orthopedic surgeon on my big toe about 3 years ago. I had been having alot of pain and difficulty walking. After the surgery I was still having pain and difficulty walking. I went to Dr Dorfman to talk about another surgery. HE suggested I try the extracorporeal pusle activation treatment. I was very doubtful that this could help my pain. AFter four treatments the pain was gone. It has been like a miracle for me. That was nine months ago. I have no more foot pain.

I experienced severe plantar fasciitis pain for well over a year with an occasional Cortisone injection for temporary relief...until I visited Dr. Dean Dorfman in Deerfield, FL.
I have had 3 shock wave therapy treatments in Minneapolis then came home to Florida. My local podiatrist referred me to Dr. Dorfman because he IS the doc to visit for this treatment. I had 4 more treatments and then BAM!...no pain. I can't believe how pain free I am now. I don't have to think, whine, feel any problem with my foot so far. I am so relieved that I can finally walk painfree.
The procedure lasts about 10 minutes

Everyone is great! I would never go anywhere else. I found then out of convenience as I had been employed in Deerfield Beach 15 years ago, but I would never go anywhere else. Dr. Sansone, Dr. Dorfman, and all the ladies are knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. I am confident that they will always provide the best care. You will never go wrong for your foot care needs!

The reception ladies are so nice when you call to make your appointment, friendly. I find this to be so great. A beautiful clean Drs office.
Dr Sansone gentle, such a great guy. I feel so comfortable, at what he tells me about my feet and what he does, to make my tootsies better, such a great , as you would call this, bedside manner. I have been going to see him for a couple of yrs, and I would highly recommend him , which I have, and I was recommended by someone. If you have feet problems, go see East Ocean Podiatry!!

Dr. Dorfman was wonderful and everything went really well with my Hammer Toe surgery, I’m still in the healing stages but no more pain ~ at all!!
Dr. Sansone is also wonderful and very helpful in answering all of my questions. I can’t forget about the wonderful staff who is always so kind and helpful whenever I’ve called and went above and beyond to accommodate me. So I’d say everyone in your office gets a 10 from me and although I hope this will be my last foot surgery (this was my 6th) I know exactly where I’m going for any of my foot issues. I had had plantar fasciitis in my right foot for a 12 month period back in 2015. Tried everything to cure it. After 3 cortisone shots that did not work, I finally resorted to expensive and painful platelet procedure. So when the same condition started in my left foot, I was open to suggestions. A friend recommended Dr. Dorfman and the electrical treatment. I was skeptical. The electrical wand applied to my heel was not painful. To my amazement, I was putting weight on the foot in 24 hours and playing tennis again in 4 days. I went back for a second treatment and he said I was completely cured.

I'm doing a follow up review for my plantar fasciitis treatment from East Ocean podiatry, under the care of Dr. Dean Dorfman.
If you've ever suffered from chronic severe plantar fasciitis you know the hopelessness, frustration, despair, and chronic pain that greets every day.
At one point I honestly was just feeling like please amputate my foot and just be done with this! When your mobility is effected, it has a domino effect on so many other areas of our life. For example with that kind of pain constant, I was no longer able to go to the gym. So then My stress level started increasing
