I called this cab company and was Told pick up would be in 10-15 minutes, that would work. Let them know where I was at, my name and the location I was going (glacier cinemas). Call back after 25 minutes has gone by, was told the driver was right around the corner and should be there in a minute. 10 minutes pass, call back and he says his driver is just sitting over at Fred Meyer and there is Nothing he can do about it. My one day in town and wanted to go watch a movie, but these ppl just cost me that. The last couple of times trying to use the cabs service in Juneau has been a total Joke!! Use

EverGreen Taxi, Capital Cab, & Taku Taxi are all owned by the same folks, apparently.
I was nervous about transportation to our 5 am flight at the Juneau airport, since if the cab didn't show up there would be no other way to get there. But our experience was very positive. I called the night before to schedule a ride, the dispatch person was very professional. After the call ended I received a text message confirming the ride, providing a reservation number, the name of the driver (Emery), & the license plate number of the car that would be picking us up at 3:30 am. The car arrived

They made me miss my flight. I made a reservation with them to take me to the airport for an early morning flight- confirmed with the dispatcher on the phone that they had the correct address and time, said they would see me then. The cab never arrived, and when I tried contacting their 24/7 dispatch nobody would pick up. I know they didn’t get the address or time wrong, because I never received a call from the driver either. This also happened to a friend of mine too- they never picked her up, she couldn’t get ahold of them, and she missed her flight. Don’t rely on these people

This is the way to go if you are in port on and ship. Was on a NCL ship that had bus's taking us all into town. The wait was over an hour to go just a few miles. CRAZY I tried my ride share apps but nothing. So I just looked up a cab service. Our driver was there in 5 mins with a van which worked out great for us. Since we had my partners mother with us who has a walker.
Plus the guy was super amazing.

The dispatcher is very rude and she lies about when cab is coming. Was told it going to be 15-20 min at 1030am called back at 1110 am and she answered pissed off and said there is no cabs in the valley so it will get there when they can. Tried calling back to cancel she put me on hold waited 15min b4 I hung up & called back 6x and she kept hanging up on me. At 1245 pm got a text saying my cab will be there in 15-20 min. Driver then called and told them what happened with the dispatcher and she was rude said that it would have been nice if I cancelled and hung up on me.

Don't waste your time. Literally your time. Told to wait 10 minutes waited over 70. Dispatch and driver werent the least bit concerned obviously they know it's just a tourist industry that you probably aren't going to be back so they don't care about your service or time. Every time I called they said 10 more minutes they weren't being honest about the timeframe we could have done something else while we're waiting, instead we just waited in the parking lot. I highly suggest you call another company.
