I went to the Racker Center because it was highly recommended after I had an unhappy experience with another audiologist in town. I was terribly disappointed by the service provided by the Racker Center and eventually returned my Otecon hearing aids. tI did this in order to be able to purchase the very same hearing aids from the "Audiology Consultants". The problem was that although the model that I had bought was perfect for my needs, there was one thing wrong that needed adjustment, and the audiologist, Dr. Van Houten ,refused to do that -- implying that it was impossible.
