When a company or their delivery personnel misinforms a customer, you should at least apologize for the miscommunication. You as a company should also have more class than texting a customer, only 2 weeks after losing their loved one, asking for your equipment back, especially since the family was told the equipment was purchased by Medicare.
I admit to losing complete control during my conversation with the supervisor. She was only doing her job. However, I never once received a "I'm sorry you were misinformed but..." instead I was told "our delivery people would never say that"

Great customer service! They are very friendly and super helpful. My son's doctor put in a request for a wheelchair about a month before his surgery and we received it the day before! They even called me to ask if I was picking up or needed a drop off. Then the week of I got a reminder call and they showed up 30 minutes before the time frame they gave me! I would definitely go through them again and I highly recommend them to everyone!!

Awesome company! I filled out my application information online and received a call the same day. I called yesterday because my doctor said the prescription fax had not gone through. Kern medical supply resent it and called and confirmed they received it. Super fast turn around! In less than five days I have received my free breast pump delivered right to my door. Such a convenience! Great customer service!
