Services
Substance use evaluations are unlike typical assessments offered by treatment centers and referral agencies. This is because treatment centers or referral agencies have an agenda - treatment enrollment. This works fine when an individual has admitted to a problem and h/she is treatment ready. However, there are many people who do not yet know if they have a substance use problem or not.

Colleen was nothing but fair throughout the two years I was monitored by her while on SoberLink. She kept up to date records, was always responsive when asking questions and would submit supporting documentation to the courts that showed I was always in compliance.
She treated me with dignity, professionalism and respect during a time in life when not many others would.

COLLEEN IS A NIGHTMARE! I cannot express this enough. Client was 100% compliant and went out of way to communicate with Colleen. Client tried to work with Colleen after completing full contract and Collen would not assist in device return. She merely threatened to take deposit. She is a malicious monitor only looking for her best interest. She will lie to the court and like to testing agencies. Thank god we got the toxicology analyst from the testing facility who also has her JD credentials to testify during trial. Collen is horrible. Do whatever you can, she just wants your money and will do minimal

An outstanding therapist who delves deeply into the conscious and unconscious realm of her clients. She is very solution oriented and her approach is direct but with empathy. A respectable professional who cares deeply for her patients. I have seen Colleen for almost 2 years. I am growing and learning after each session. I am very surprised by reading the other posts. That has not been my experience.

I went in for an evaluation, and this crazy lady starts yelling at me, literally yelling at me for asking questions about how an evaluation works. "You don't interview me!! I interview you!!!" Considering I was paying for service, I promptly got up and walked out. I was paying for this evaluation and it was very very important, and I have never in my life received such horrible treatment. This lady is obviously unstable or on drugs. Seriously, she seemed liked she was on something. No one rational acts that crazy for someone asking for clarification. Be warned if you are planning to go see her
