Only place I could find in East Bay to sharpen a chainsaw blade. They did it while I waited!!! Who does that anymore? It's a Stihl chainsaw dealer also

Dropped off a gas power washer and picked up few weeks later. Was up and running again! Thanks to these guys. They are a staple in the community and have been here for a long time. A lot of knowledge about tools and give good honest advice.

I brought my lawnmower to this place. Was told that it will take two weeks to fix it, then, when no one called after three weeks, I called...they said that they didn't get to it...they called with an estimate...I gave them the "go ahead to fix it.." they told me to come and get the lawn mower the next day...I called to see if it was ready, they told me to wait and that they will call me...after no one called I've called again, they said that they don't have the cables to fix it and that it will take another week...based on my experience so far, I don't know when I'll have the lawnmower back...not

I go here for Stihl stuff. The guys are no nonsense, they have good prices, and are helpful even to greenhorns like me. I got here whenever I need anything for my chainsaw.

I've been a customer for five years with a Stihl chain saw that needs sharpening and periodic maintenance. The shop is excellent; they keep my finnicky saw sharp and running well; always have the chain oil and gas additives I need. Honest, dependable staff.
