I gave my dad a large flat rate box to ship out.
He took it to wepak-n-ship. Instead of them being honest with him and telling him it would be cheaper through the post office. They charged him over double what the flat rate costs. I will never use wepak-n-ship again.

No masks in the middle of a pandemic. Signs say they follow cdc recommendations of distance but I guess that's where they stopped reading.
Most customers didn't wear masks & neither did employees behind counters. Since 4300 people died yesterday in this country from covid, those going in who care about themselves & health of others should avoid.
I left Wepak & went to Festival across the street to conduct business.

I would give zero stars if I could. The owners of this store are not customer service oriented. I believe I was erroneously overcharged so I brought my receipt in to show them and discuss. They completely shut me down and started blaming the USPS for having different prices all the time and charging willi-nilli. They made absolutely NO attempt to come to a resolution with me. They were completely unwilling to see if there was an error at the time of checking out (that happens from time to time, you know, human beings making mistakes? and then you can correct it). These people are flat out jerks
