Services
Local County Departments of Environmental Health have adopted policies of inspecting existing Sand Filter systems if they have not received a record of inspection or maintenance. The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) Onsite Rules OAR 340-071-290(2)(a) allows the Counties to periodically inspect existing systems and charge the owner a fee.
We offer a variety of products and services that represent the very best in Septic Sand Filter products, design and installation. Because our quality control standards are high, we select only the highest caliber materials, including products from Orenco Systems. Our goal is always to deliver whatever it is that you need.
Intermittent Sand Filters (ISF) are an ideal advanced treatment solution where high groundwater, poor soils, or other site constraints rule out conventional septic systems. Tucked neatly underground, modern ISFs can be planted over with lawn or flowers to blend into your landscaping. Following primary treatment in the septic tank, wastewater from the home is filtered through a pump vault to keep solids in the tank and out of the sand filter.
Recirculating Sand Filters (RSF) are an excellent method for bringing wastewater that varies in volume and strength up to advanced treatment levels. RSFs can handle the job for just about any application; Homes, Schools, Resorts, rest areas, Campgrounds, Private residential developments, RV and mobile home parks and even small communities.
Risers provide access to septic tank openings and can be used to provide access to other components in the system such as splitter valves, etc. Constructed of ribbed PVC pipe. Standard risers are offered in 6 length increments up to 13 feet. Available diameters are 18", 21", 24" and 30". Small Access risers are used as valve enclosures, inspection ports, and service connection risers.

There are many good things about this company, too many to list. Lisette and the rest of the staff go out of their way to be helpful and save you money. I have heard this from multiple other people as well. They are HONEST, and that can be hard to find in a company. If you need an honest appraisal of what is going on with your system and a reasonable repair price, this is the place!

This business was hired for a new septic system install, of a home we purchased. We moved into our new home the day after install. After the first rain the ground was literally caving in, due to the soil not correctly being compacted. Sinking past your ankles in mud. We had neighbors ask who did the work, because it looked so awful.. we decided to find out who did the work and give them an opportunity to fix it. We were told this was “normal settling”. Please avoid this company if you don’t want poor craftsmanship.
I would also like to add that we received two separate opinions, one from

BEWARE!!! I had Affordable Septic come out and they told me i needed an entire new system at the tune of $25,000. I got the permits and paid Lisette $750 to do the plan. I decided to get a second opinion and the company i called advised me to have an inspection on the tank because they could find nothing wrong with it. I had county inspection done and there was nothing wrong with the tank. All i needed was a new drain field. Affordable wanted $10,000 for new drain field and the other company came out and said they would be happy to help me since i had already been through so much. It cost me $5
