The driver was EXTREMELY rude and argumentative. We ordered the cab for noon and the driver got there 20 minutes early, so at 11:40. He did not call to let us know that he was there. He then left at 12:05 because we were in a field and were rushing to get to the pick up point on time. Since we got there only 5 minutes after the time we were supposed to be picked up we thought there wouldnt be a problem and just give the driver an extra tip.We called and asked him to come back and said that it would be an extra $50 for him to turn around. Mind you we were already going to pay him $190 for the trip

Such a shame to see anything negative said about this company I got nothing but punctual service and a good rate I would trust a family owned operated cab company in my town before a random Lyft driver in a heartbeat ! Not to mention they have knowledge about the town they are in and great opinions on where to go for dinner when visiting . And other areas worth seeing full of history .Love these guys highly recommend .

Called to request a cab to the airport and a very nice gentlemen told me $120 and 15-20 min the driver would pick me up. After 20 min I called and was told to wait few more minutes since driver was near. After 40 minutes called again and was told sorry we can send a new cab but would take an additional 10-15 min. At this point it was too late so I cancelled the trip to find other methods to get to the airport and change my flight. Very upset.

It is a shame that people will spend their energy and time to post lies to ruin a businesses reputation. Multiple lies found on this review. One lie was that a person was charged only $7. The minimum fare is $10 so that negative review was a lie. ADR Taxi is a professional service with professional drivers. I am a business owner and I have used ADR TAXI. Never had an issue. This company does charitable work in the community. Do not form your opinion off of the reviews of a few spiteful people. Read all of the reviews and then form your opinion.

The cab had no air conditioning, no inside lights, and the driver was not helpful in opening the door or assisting in entering or exiting the cab. The cost of the ride was twice as much as other cab companies in the area. I paid $14.00 for the same ride last weekend that this company charged me $28.00 for the exact same distance. I would not recommend this company and will not be using it again in the future.

We have lived in New York City where taxicabs rule. For years our experience there has been more of "you have to do what the cab companies say, or else." How completely refreshing to work with a ADR Taxi, who actually took our emergency situation and helped us solve it. They cared about "helping" us. My son was stranded in Beaufront and needed to get to the Savannah Greyhound station in one hour to catch a bus back to Atlanta. I called Jason and he immediately sent a driver to pick my son up. They also worked with me regarding payment since my son did not have the funds to cover it. THANK YOU!
