I had my RV travel trailer fail catastrophically near Beaver Creek, Yukon Territory. Kevin with Ben's Towing helped take care of everything. Got me and the trailer picked up, across the border, and set up with an awesome shop in Fairbanks for repairs. I couldn't be happier with the stellar customer service I received. Considering the distance, the heavy haul service, and it being the middle of the night the price wasn't outrageous (it wasn't cheap either, but it seemed fair). Can't thank the driver Kevin enough for his help getting me back on the road!
I would definitely recommend Ben's Towing

When in need, Ben's indeed! If you ever find yourself on the Dalton in need of help, call Ben's. Stuck on the Richardson? Call Ben's. Wedged yourself into a crevasse? Holed up in a hole? Call Ben's. Only place I can count on to be there when you're somewhere you'd rather not be. Been in business forever. Highly recommend.

My name is Derek White, after a frustrating series of events Kevin really helped to flip my day around.
I had to stay overnight in my camper, after being laid-off and heading back to fairbanks. Insurance was very little help, my battery died, and my generator stopped working. Kinda dead in the water, until the Alaskan spirit helped me to improvise, get my phone charged, and get a tow truck on the way.
Kevin had told me that he could have been there yesterday, no fault of his own. Just some miscommunication with insurance and a 3rd party provider. Overall Kevin really made a bad experience a good
