Bye bye Walgreens! The staff and service at Cypress is OUTSTANDING. I will never go to one of the "big guys" again. It's also great to support a local business with top-notch people. Kudos to Kyle and his assistants for a great experience where one is treated as a person instead of a nuisance.

I am a new patient/customer at Cypress, but I can go ahead and tell you that I will never fill my medicines anywhere else. At the chain drug stores, I'm just a birthday and address. They don't take the time to get to know you or care about your health. They only care about filling prescriptions to meet a quota. I originally switched because I really feel passionate about shopping and supporting local businesses. I'm so glad I found Cypress Pharmacy, and would strongly recommend them to anyone that wants personal and caring service and shorter lines than at the national chains.

They are the nicest people I've dealt with. I have terrible anxiety, especially when it comes to doctors and medication. Walking into that pharmacy and having people smile at me and talk to me made me feel 100% better.

I'm switching to Cypress! After years of misery waiting in extremely long lines (inside and drive-thru) at a large chain pharmacy, came to Cypress when those other guys were out of stock for a second time, and expecting at least a TWO WEEK wait. They were so polite and professional and I was in and out in five minutes with my prescription in hand. Wonderful service!

This is the BEST pharmacy I’ve dealt with in a LONG TIME. EXCELLENT service, they will answer any and all of your questions to the best of their ability. Lizzie and Kyle are the nicest, and realest people I’ve ever encountered in a pharmacy. They are very understanding, they put themselves in the customer/patients position and have exceeded my expectations in every aspect!!! This is the BEST place to go!! I drive an hour and a half from Opelousas to Denham Springs bc of their OUTSTANDING service!
