Services
Beautiful Minds Child Care is a locally-owned and operated licensed child care center in Eau Claire, WI. Beautiful Minds Child Care is owned and operated by Jean Baglien, who lives near Eau Claire with her three children, Sammy, Taylor and Jake. Because Jean has children of her own, she is familiar with the challenges that parents - especially new parents - go through when looking for flexible, affordable, and safe child care for their children.
At Beautiful Minds Child Care, we make it a point to have fun in all we do! At the same time, we want to make sure your child is learning all the time. Whether we're learning letters, doing puzzles, singing songs, or visiting a local farm, your child will always be engaged in some kind of learning activity.
We know it's hard to choose a daycare provider for your child, especially when it's your first! Here are some of our most frequently asked questions from new parents to help you choose the right child care center for you and your child. Billing options available include automatic electronic funds transfer (ETF) from your checking account, debit or credit card, or check. If the age group you are enrolling for is full, your child will be added to our waiting list and you will be contacted if an opening becomes available. Enrollment is based on first-come, first-serve basis.
Beautiful Minds Child Care focuses strongly on providing a safe environment for your child. All of our staff members have training in SIDS prevention, shaken baby syndrome, and CPR. Our facility offers a complete surveillance system throughout the building in addition to key access for all parents and staff.

We started our son there when he was an infant, and had many happy years there. However, we experienced bullying for the last couple years. Despite voicing concerns to teachers and management, the problems persisted. The child bullying ours was a child of a staff member. We pulled our son in August after I witnessed my son being pushed around and hit by that same child. Staff didn't intervene - I had to. Despite calling to speak with management multiple times, we never received a call back. We have heard from other parents that there are problems with other children of staff not receiving corrective

Terrible communication. I’ve been on a waitlist to get in all summer for September, while also calling a couple times a month trying to get more details, etc. I was FINALLY able to talk with someone who knew something after leaving my name and number multiple times and they told me there were no openings until March of next year. Extremely unprofessional in every way in terms of communication and will absolutely not recommend to anyone.

My children went there for 2 years. We had to switch because of our home being in a different school district for bussing purposes. Top quality and amazing staff. I honestly say that the care my kids received there was top notch. Highly recommend

If you have been through a few childcares, you would know that none of them are perfect, but looking back this is one of the best ones I have been a part of to date. My daughter attended here for 9 months in 2017, and only because we moved out of the area is why we left.
During our time there, my daughter asked every morning, 7 days a week, for at least 6 months straight if we were going to "School" (which is what she referred to Beautiful Minds). I also worked as an assistant teacher while she attended but not in her class. The majority of the staff is down to earth and it is very traditional

A 5 Star youngstar and NAYCE accredited childcare center with staff who care about parents and families. On both Student and Public Transit routes and central in the London Road area.
Clean facility with two levels with care for children from 6 weeks to 12 years.
I very much enjoy the care they can provide.
