Historically, in the old days, after a cold winter when residences were warmed either by wood or coal, houses required a Spring cleaning right after a cold winter. This type of cleaning has become famously named as "Spring Cleaning".

For sanitary and safety reasons our teams are not permitted to clean flea infested homes or clean up animal's fluids and or feces.

Had a good convo with John the owner and he seemed professional until I dealt with Alina. I had to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances and asked her to call and she never called!!!! I was only trying to push the cleaning back a week and I wanted to see what their availability was and no response and no call back! A month later I still wanted to try their services even after receiving no response. I was originally quoted up to 3 hours or 3 people for 2 hours of service. I told Alina my original quote and she didn’t seem happy. I mentioned I had a cleaning service I was unhappy with because

We are so greatful for courteous maids!! We have hired them for regular home cleaning service for the last year and our quality of life has greatly improved due to their exceptionally reliable, thorough, professional, and detailed service. We also hired them for an initial deep clean. Our initial impression was “wow” in astonishment on how clean and great our home looked! Courteous Maids is awesome! They did a move-in clean at our new home and a move-out clean at our old townhome before it listed. John was so easy to work with on the front end, we actually Zoomed so I could show him the 2 different house through pictures. From there, he followed up promptly with an email and quote for everything. Then I worked with Alina via text to nail down specifics, and she was so easy to communicate with. Their crew is great, our places were so clean, and we will definitely be using them again in the future!

My family and I love working with the owners and housekeeping team at Courteous Maids. We've had service by them for four years now and in two different homes. Both of the owners and the staff are timely, professional, respectful, trustworthy and help keep my family and home in order. With two little children under the age of 5, the hardest part is "cleaning up for the cleaners" but we greatly appreciate the service they give us.

Courteous Maids has done a wonderful job cleaning my home for the last few months. We started with a deep clean and have been on a monthly schedule for the past three months. The deep clean was super - their team was at my house literally ALL DAY. Every nook and cranny was dusted and cleaned. John and his wife Alina are so professional and kind, as are all of their staff. I highly recommend their services. Their prices are competitive and certainly worth the value.

Courteous Maids is by far the best cleaning service I have worked with—they are punctual, professional and always provide top notch service. I have had cleaners in the past who leave rooms that have clearly not been appropriately cleaned, so Courteous Maids was a welcome change from my previous experience and why I have stuck with them year after year. I have used their services for both regular house cleanings and twice for deep cleanings ahead of putting my house on the market and moving. You will not be disappointed!
